It's official: The Phillies have traded Cole Hamels and Jake Diekman to the Texas Rangers for six players.

Word of the trade initially came out late Wednesday night, but a deal involving so many players and so much money changing hands is complex in nature and took time to finalize.

Hamels will speak at a press conference at Citizens Bank Park at 2 p.m. Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr. will speak at 1:30 p.m.

The southpaw will start for the Rangers Saturday in Texas against the Giants.

The Phillies receive catcher Jorge Alfaro, outfielder Nick Williams, right-handed pitchers Jake Thompson, Alec Asher and Jerad Eickhoff, and veteran lefty Matt Harrison.

Harrison the only one with big-league experience. Asher and Eickhoff had been pitching at Triple A. Williams and Thompson were at Double A in the Rangers' system. Alfaro had also been at Double A before suffering an ankle injury that required surgery. According to CSN Phillies insider Jim Salisbury, Alfaro could play again this season.

NJ Teen Survives Dirt Bike Crash

Not many people look forward to sitting in a hospital bed, but 15-year-old Finn Miller had reason to on Thursday evening.

The Haddonfield, New Jersey teen was out for what he called an intended "quick spin" alone on his Yamaha dirt bike in some woods in Mullica Hill when things took a potentially deadly turn.

Miller said he was riding a little further than he usually goes and going a bit too fast when he lost control and crashed into a tree.

"My leg smacked directly into the tree - and it flew me off the bike and I spun around and I landed on the ground," Miller told NBC10's George Spencer Friday night from that hospital bed at Cooper University Hospital.

Miller said he landed and knew immediately that his leg was broken, "I could feel my leg was bending in a way it shouldn't have been."

Miller yelled for help and even tried to use sticks as crutches as thunderstorms whipped through and darkness fell.

It was two and a half hours before the teen's grandfather and friend found him exhausted, muddied and laying in the trail bed.

The high school lacrosse player broke his femur and has a long road of recovery ahead, meaning he'll likely miss this year's season.

Miller said he's learned his lesson on this fateful ride, "Definitely ride with someone. It was unsmart of me to not ride with anyone."

Miller also suggests carrying a cell phone and making sure someone knows exactly where you are going.

Donald Trump Sues Celebrity Chef

The group developing Donald Trump's grand renovation of Washington's Old Post Office Pavilion has sued chef Jose Andres for $10 million, claiming Andres breached his contract to build a flagship restaurant in the hotel after Trump said Mexican immigrants bring drugs and crime.

Andres had a 10-year deal to open an almost 10,000-square-foot restaurant in the $200 million Trump International Hotel.

But Andres cut ties with the business magnate July 8, after Trump's comments June 16. The comments led to protests outside the planned D.C. hotel.

Andres told the Washington Post it would be "impossible" for him to open a restaurant in that location.

Trump's developer alleges he has suffered millions of dollars in damages, including legal fees, the cost of hiring a new tenant and more. And the suit dryly says that Andres should have known Trump was going to say something that would raise hackles.

"Mr. Andres' offense is curious in light of the fact that Mr. Trump's publicly shared views on immigration have remained consistent for many years, and Mr. Trump's willingness to frankly share his opinions is widely known," reads the suit, filed in federal court Friday.

Andres had praised Trump for his "business acumen," when the agreement was announced in January, and said in a press release, "I have long respected Donald Trump for his business acumen and am proud to partner with him to create a truly remarkable, fine dining restaurant in the city I have called home for many years."

The suit also notes that Andres left the deal more than a week after he was expected to present documents showing construction progress.

Trump sent a notice to Andres on July 17, giving him 10 days to produce the documents. The same day, Andres sent Trump a notice, alleging that Trump's speech had breached the sublease.

Andres also "demanded that Trump's personal opinions not be "repeated, restated, or further disseminated," according to the lawsuit.

Trump's developer claims there are no provisions in the sublease that grant Andres the right to terminate the sublease based on offended feelings.
