Agreement Reached in Greek Bailout Plan: European leaders reached a deal with near-bankrupt Greece early Monday on a third debt bailout that will keep it in the euro currency zone. "Today we had only one objective, to reach an agreement, after 17 hours of negotiations we have finally reached it," European Union President Donald Tusk told reporters after exhausting all-night talks. However, the deal — which includes the privatization of some state assets — needs to be ratified by a reluctant legislature in Athens as well as parliaments in other eurozone countries. Tough conditions imposed by international lenders, led by Germany, could bring down Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras' leftist government and cause an outcry in Greece. Tsipras was under intense pressure as Greek banks were on the brink of collapse and the country faced the prospect of having to print a parallel currency and quit the European monetary union.

Skydiving Plane Lands on N.J. Roadway: A skydiving school plane landed on the main road to a Jersey Shore town Sunday morning and incident left one instructor hurt. The small aircraft from Skydive East Coast skydiving school in nearby West Creek landed safely in the median along Barnegat Road (New Jersey Route 72) near Main Street (U.S. Route 9) in Stafford Township, New Jersey shortly before 10:15 a.m., said Stafford Township Police. The road is the main route to and from Long Beach Island. The single-engine, four-seater, white-and-blue aircraft was carrying five people including students from Skydive East Coast when it lost power forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing, said police. A skydiving instructor suffered a minor cut on his arm. "He hit the ground and bounced a couple times, " he said. "Nice and easy and then hit the median in the grass and he went back and forth a little bit and just missed cars by a few feet maybe. And power lines too," Shawn Maloney, who witnessed the landing, said. Learn more about the unexpected landing here.
