An 18-year-old woman was shot after attending a funeral for the mother of a family friend.
The victim had just been to the funeral and was on her way, with her own family, to the post-funeral meal at Tenth Memorial Church in North Philadelphia.
The family parked the car on Master Street near 19th.
When the woman got out of the car, she was hit in the thigh. That bullet hit a major artery, according to a family member. The victim is in surgery now.
Regina Robinson, a witness, said the woman is an innocent bystander who got caught in the crossfire.
Police are looking for a man with a blue and orange shirt, and blue jeans.
