Officials are investigating a house fire that killed one person and injured another.
The fire began around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at a home on the 300 block of North Elmwood Avenue in Middletown Township. Firefighters placed the flames under control around 10 p.m.
Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler told NBC10 that one person was killed in the fire while another was critically injured.
According to Heckler, the victims are an elderly couple who lived inside the home.
Officials have not yet revealed the cause of the fire or the identities of the victims. They continue to investigate.
