Philadelphia Grand Jury to Recommend Charges Against 3 State Representatives: Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams plans to announce charges against three Pennsylvania state representatives on Tuesday. The announcement comes as part of an ongoing grand jury investigation of two current and one former representative. Their indictments will be announced during a news conference at 11 a.m.
The recommendation of charges come as part of an investigative grand jury that has already led to bribery and corruption charges against two other state representatives.

"The Michelangelo of buttocks injections" Found Guilty: Padge-Victoria Windslowe, a former madam who bragged about doing black-market "body sculpting" on thousands of women was convicted of murder in the death of a dancer whose heart stopped after nearly a half-gallon of silicone injected into her buttocks moved to her lungs.
During Windslowe's testimony she proclaimed to be "the Michelangelo of buttocks injections" and that model Amber Rose was "a walking billboard" for her work. Yet Windslowe had no formal medical training. Evidence in the case showed that Windslowe traveled to hotel rooms and "pumping parties" with a water bottle filled with silicone, a red plastic cup, needles and syringes, and Krazy Glue to close the wound. Iran Denounces GOP's Nuke-Talks Letter: Iran's foreign minister expressed outrage at the White House and congressional Democrats over Senate Republicans' letter to the Tehran government about nuclear negotiations. Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was astonished that "some members of the U.S. Congress find it appropriate to write to leaders of another country against their own president and administration." He said the 47 senators who signed the letter "not only do not understand international law, but are not fully cognizant of the nuances of their own Constitution when it comes to presidential powers in the conduct of foreign policy."

"Empire" Actor Jussie Smollett Comes Out as Gay: "Empire" star Jussie Smollett came out as gay during a guest appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." The 31-year-old actor chose not to speak about his personal life during the main interview for the daytime talk show, but asked Ellen DeGeneres to film a special sit-down chat with him backstage shortly afterwards.
