A masked gunman robbed a man of his bike during a home invasion in North Philadelphia.
The 70-year-old victim told police he was inside his home on the 3000 block of North Howard Street at 7:43 p.m. Sunday when he heard a knock at the front door. As he went to check, a masked gunman forced his way inside and duct taped him, according to police.
The gunman then stole a black Schwinn bike and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The homeowner was not injured during the incident.
Police have not revealed a detailed description of the suspect but said he was wearing a mask and black hooded sweatshirt with white stripes on the sleeves.
