Heavy smoke and flames damaged a Philadelphia rowhouse, containing three apartments, and forced 20 people from their homes Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to reports of a blaze on the 3800 block of North 15th Street in the city's Nicetown neighborhood around 3:30 p.m., according to officials.
Crews got the fire under control by 3:50 p.m., authorities said.
No one was hurt, but the blaze displaced a family of 20, according to the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
The group is recovering at the Red Cross House.
