The search continues for the shooter who struck a man seven times on the sidewalk in front of an area hospital.
The victim remained hospitalized at Temple University Hospital Wednesday.
Someone shot the 28-year-old in his legs, groin and torso as he stood outside Temple Hospital at N Broad and Ontario Streets shortly after 9 p.m. Monday.
The man was quickly rushed inside where he was treated while the shooter, who is believed to be in his 20s, fled southbound on Broad Street.
On Wednesday, Philadelphia Police investigators still didn’t have a suspect or a motive in the case. Also, due to standard protocol, they didn’t identify the victim since he was injured. (Philly Police normally only release victim’s names if the victim dies).
This was one of a slew of deadly shootings Monday that left three dead and eight others injured in Philadelphia.
