Police say an unidentified man armed with a shotgun shot two men on the 3900 block of North Percy Street around 6:40 p.m. A 23-year-old man and his 20-year-old brother were both struck in the torso.

Police say the brothers drove themselves to Temple University Hospital. The 20-year-old was pronounced dead at 6:49 p.m. The 23-year-old is in critical condition.
