Police are on the hunt for a gunman who shot a teenager in South Philadelphia.
Police say the 13-year-old boy was on the 2000 block of South Hemberger Street around 4:40 p.m. on Monday when the gunman opened fire.
The boy was struck once in the left arm and once in the buttocks. He was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he is currently in stable condition.
Police say the male suspect barricaded himself inside a home on the 2000 block of Mountain Street. Investigators also say another armed male suspect may be inside the home as well.
