Mayor Michael A. Nutter announced that City of Philadelphia offices will be closed for all non-essential personnel tomorrow, Thursday, February 13, 2014. City employees with questions about their essential status should contact their immediate supervisor. The First Judicial District announced that all Courts will be closed tomorrow.
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus presents LEGENDS! performance at Wells Fargo Center on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. has been canceled due to the impending snow storm. All patrons who have tickets to this performance as well as tomorrow night's 7 p.m. performance, which will take place as scheduled, may bring their tickets to the Wells Fargo Center Box Office to exchange their tickets for one of the remaining nine performances through Sunday, February 16th at 7 p.m.

Montco Courthouse and non-essential county offices closed tomorrow
NEW JERSEY
All state offices will be closed for non-essential workers due to a state of emergency for the entire state of New Jersey.
Customers of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) are advised that due to tomorrow's winter storm, all 39 facilities will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 13, 2014. This safety-based decision includes agencies, driver testing locations and inspection stations.

Mount Holly Municipal Court, Mount Holly, NJ Thursday court session has been canceled.
The Westampton Township Municipal Court will be closed on Thursday February 13, 2014 because of the winter storm. All cases will be rescheduled for a later date.
