Police are asking for the public's help finding an endangered man who has been missing for more than a week.
Emile Hovington, 39, last spoke to his mother on Dec. 16 around 10:30 p.m., saying he was on his way home from the area near 1500 W. Venango St. in North Philadelphia, according to officials.
But, police say, Hovington never arrived home and family and friends have not heard from him.
Police say the mentally disabled man was last seen wearing a black knit hat, a blue jean jacket with a hooded sweatshirt, blue jean pants and black sneaker-style boots. He is approximately 6-feet 2-inches tall and approximately 170 to 180 pounds.
Investigators ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detectives Division.
