The Coast Guard released dramatic video of a rescue of a man who was injured aboard a commercial fishing boat on the Delaware Bay.

Members of the Philadelphia Coast Guard received a call from a marine radio about 1:15 p.m. Thursday indicating that a 34-year-old man was injured while working on a commercial fishing vessel.

The location was about 35 miles east of Fenwick Island, Delaware.

A Coast Guard helicopter arrived at the scene and lowered a basket onto the boat. Several members of the Coast Guard were also lowered onto the boat.

The man was hoisted to the helicopter and flown to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, where he received medical attention.

“Due to the communication between the multiple Coast Guard assets on scene, as well as the fishing vessel having a VHF radio, we were able to get the man the medical attention he needed at the quickest rate possible,” said Petty Officer 1st Class Jonathan Cinquegrana, an operations specialist at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay.

Seagulls Invade Popular Jersey Shore Pizza Joint

Customers at a popular Jersey Shore pizza place thought eating inside could keep their food safe from seagulls, a bird notorious in the area for swiping beachgoers' food.

They were wrong.

A customer at Manco & Manco Pizza in Ocean City captured video of a bird flying around the restaurant's 9th Street location on August 8. You can see eaters flee onto the boardwalk to evade the bird. At the end of the video, the seagull flies right at the customer with the camera.

Store manager Zach McBride said while seagulls eating food off plates outdoors is part of boardwalk culture, he added it's very rare for the birds to actually enter the store.

"In 15 years working at Manco & Manco, it has not been a common occurrence whatsoever," McBride said. "This is only the second time that I can remember and the other time, the place was pretty much empty."

This time around, the winged menace stopped by when the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night.

Four men have been arrested in the shooting death of a Chester County teenager found dead along a West Chester road Thursday night.

Police said 17-year-old Cristian Santiago was killed over $30 and a quarter ounce of marijuana.

"This case is a prime example of a brutal and senseless killing. The victim is dead, leaving behind a grieving family," Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said.

Gerald Myers, Byron Stevens, Onray Winfield and Darrell Woodward are accused of luring Santiago to meet for a drug deal where he ended up shot to death.

Police said Winfield, who was a friend of the victim, set up a meeting with Santiago and Myers to take place at a gas station in West Chester. They said Myers planned to rob Santiago with the help of Woodward and Stevens.

Police said Santiago got into a car with the three men who then drove away.

Santiago was shot at close range in the chest and found along the side of Hillsdale Road in a remote area.

"The defendants are facing murder charges. All over a little marijuana and a few dollars," Hogan said.

All four men face murder, robbery and related charges in the case.
