Kraft Shows Off Meek Mill Necklace at Patriots Parade

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft showed off a unique piece of jewelry prior to Tuesday's Super Bowl championship parade — a diamond "Championships" necklace given to him by rapper Meek Mill.

Kraft said Meek Mill gave him the necklace at the Patriots' Super Bowl after-party.

"Meek Mill gave me that after we won," Kraft said. "(He) has become a friend ever since we played a small part in helping him get out of jail — and where he was unfairly treated in my opinion. He's a great guy and when we were privileged to win the Super Bowl, he took this off his neck and he gave it to me."

"These are real," Kraft said of the diamonds. "I actually felt a little guilty. The guys on our team really think it's cool and they like it.

"This is a fun celebration. I don't wear jewelry. A couple of my sons are quite ambivalent about it. (But) how many times in life are we going to do this? It might never happen again. We should have a good time and celebrate this. It's a wonderful thing, it brings a community together. We need more of that in today's world."

Kraft said this year's team was special in that it didn't have a ton of superstars — only one player was selected for the Pro Bowl — but there was a great connection and camaraderie.

"You have something special when you feel connected, and this team has a special connection," he said.

Kraft said he is "amazed" that the fans continue to come out for these Super Bowl celebrations.

"It's wonderful," he said. "We dream about this. How great are the fans? I saw some guys started lining up at 10:30 last night. Unbelievable. The support they give us is off the charts.

"It's wonderful, and you know, we're honored as a family to be here. We're lucky. The real trick in management or anything else is when you have something good, try to keep it going."

A SEPTA paratransit bus and an SUV crashed into a packed trolley in West Philadelphia Tuesday leaving at least 31 people hurt.

The CCT bus and SUV collided at 41st Street and Chester Avenue around 11:45 a.m. then continued into the Center City-bound Route 13 trolley, SEPTA spokeswoman Heather Redfern said.

The trolley driver and 27 passengers on board complained of injuries, SEPTA said. The bus driver and passenger, as well as the SUV driver, also complained of pain, Redfern said.

Philadelphia police accident investigators don't believe any of the injuries to be life-threatening.

Avoid the area as the roads are closed as crews treat passengers and clear the scene. SEPTA diverted trolleys on routes 10, 11, 13, 34, 36.

Temperatures soared into the upper 60s and low 70s Tuesday afternoon, bringing record highs to several towns. These Spring-like temperatures came less than a week after temperatures fell into the single digits, and felt like below 0.

Trenton crushed their previous record of 64 degrees set in 1890. The high Tuesday was 70 degrees.

Reading crept just past their previous record of 64, set in 1991, with a high of 65 Tuesday afternoon.

In Georgetown, a high of 71 climbed past the previous record of 69. The old record was set in 1062.

Philadelphia didn’t set a record for warmth, but came close. The high Tuesday was 67 degrees, while the previous record is 69 (set in 1991). The average high in Philadelphia for early February is 42 degrees. A high of 67 is more normal around April 23.

Enjoy the piece of Spring while you can, temperatures drop near average by Wednesday!

A Jersey Shore woman is fighting for her life after she was shot in the face while vacationing in Puerto Rico.

Angelis Molina, 20, recently lived in Ventnor, New Jersey, and worked as a waitress in Atlantic City. She traveled to Puerto Rico in mid-January and decided to stay there longer than expected after coming across a modeling opportunity.

“She found a job and she said, ‘I just want to stay here for a few months please, just to experience it a little more,’” Angelis’ mother, Michelle Molina, said. “And I tried to tell her, ‘It’s not what you think it is there. It’s dangerous.’”

On Thursday, Angelis Molina was inside an apartment with a group of people in San Juan when she was shot in the face by an unidentified gunman. She was taken to the hospital where she remains in critical condition.

“I feel like a part of me has died,” Michelle Molina said. “But I’m trying to keep faith that she’s going to be okay.”

No arrests have been made and police continue to question people about the incident. They say one man has provided varying accounts.

Angelis Molina’s father flew to Puerto Rico over the weekend and is staying with his daughter at the hospital. Meanwhile, Michelle Molina continues to pray for a miracle.

“I’m trying to put everything in God’s hands,” Michelle Molina said. “Just hope He pulls her through.”

Police continue to search for the man who they say sexually assaulted a woman on a PATCO train last month.

A 22-year-old woman was on the PATCO speed-line back on Jan. 27 around 4 a.m. between the Collingswood and Lindenwold stations when she was sexually assaulted by an unidentified man, investigators said.

[[505384911, C]]

The suspect was spotted on surveillance video getting out of a black pickup truck, possibly a Chevrolet with black rims, after being dropped off at the Westmont PATCO station earlier that morning shortly before 2 a.m., according to police.

[[505376501, C]]

No arrests have been made since the assault took place. PATCO riders who spoke to NBC10 say they’ve seen few posts on social media or flyers reporting the incident.

“I’ve been taking the train last week and this week,” Carly Gregg said. “So it’s just really scary knowing there’s a predator out here. You know he’s among us.”

If you have any information on the suspect’s identity or the location of the black pickup truck, please call Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Tanner Ogilvie at 856-650-6398 or DRPA Corporal Joseph Ebling at 856-969-7884.

A tractor-trailer overturned on Route 495 in New Jersey on the outbound helix of the Lincoln Tunnel.

Chopper 4 was over the scene and showed the truck on its side against the guard rail.

The outbound roadway was temporarily closed, with traffic being diverted to the Hoboken exit, but had reopened as of around 8:30 a.m.
