Delaware Man Charged With Child Porn

A Delaware man who allegedly possessed several images of child pornography is now in custody.

Buel Mutter, 53, of Newark, Delaware, is charged with dealing in child pornography. Investigators say they first received information that Mutter had child porn on his computer inside his home on the 600 block of Manfield Drive.

Detectives obtained a search warrant and found 25 images related to child porn on Mutter’s computer, investigators said.

Mutter was arrested Friday and arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute for failing to post $1.25 million cash bond.

Man Exposes Himself to Driver While Standing Near Road: Cops

A man is accused of exposing himself to a woman who was driving past him in West Grove, Pennsylvania. 

Police say Anjel Carrillo, 35, of West Grove, was standing along the 100 block of West Evergreen Street back on March 5 at 8:45 a.m. He then allegedly pulled down his shorts and showed his genitals to a woman who was driving past him. Carrillo then fled into a nearby apartment.

Investigators later identified Carrillo as the suspect. He was arrested and taken into custody without incident on March 15 and arraigned and released after posting bail. He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Arrest Made in Delaware Dollar Tree Fire

An arrest has been made in an arson that severely damaged a Delaware Dollar Tree store.

Timothy M. McDowell, 58, is charged with arson and reckless endangerment. Police say McDowell set fire to the Dollar Tree store at the Beaverbrook Plaza Shopping Center in New Castle, Delaware Friday around 7 p.m. The two-alarm fire caused approximately $800,000 in damage.

It was the second fire at the store this year though officials have not yet revealed whether McDowell was also connected to the first fire.

Investigators identified McDowell as the suspect and apprehended him at a home on Red Lion Road without incident. He is awaiting arraignment.
